• Costumes are charged at £5 per costume for a maximum of 7 days.

• Costumes remain the property of Showstoppers and the hirer is responsible for ensuring that costumes are returned in their original state.

• A Security Deposit of 25% of the total order is required when placing your order. This will be refunded when all costumes have been returned in their original condition. The cost to repair or replace any damaged (including fake tan damage) or missing costumes will be deducted from the 25%Security Deposit. In the case of lost or destroyed costumes, the hirer will be charged the retail price of that costume. If the deposit does not cover the cost, the hirer will be charged the balance.

• The full order value must be paid on or before pick up / delivery of costumes. The hire period is for up to 7 days or more by arrangement, depending on requirements such as photo days, dress rehearsals, etc. Late return will result in an additional charge 50p per costume for each additional day.

• We also offer a wide range of accessories at additional costs. The price of these vary and will be agreed at time of viewing.

• Costumes are only available to hire by bona fide dance schools, community groups, schools, etc – hence the reasonable prices. Because we understand that within each size range there will always be a variety of body shapes, minor alterations to seams and lengths are permitted but these must be removed before the return of the costumes.

• We understand the specific cleaning requirements of a particular costume so request that costumes are not to be cleaned by the hirer

• Costumes and be picked up from one of our premises by arrangement. We offer free delivery within a 70 mile radius when the full hire price is over £500.

****Name tags must also be removed. The hirer will be charged 2-3 times the hire value of a costume for special or additional orders, depending on cost of fabric and time that may be taken to find and purchase the necessary fabric and haberdashery items. ***
